Geraldine has 14 years of experience with scientific programming in R and Python. She specializes in simulations, statistics, visualizations, data management, data organization and cleaning. She loves creating dashboards and reports for a variety of audiences.
She has almost 25 years of experience working in the natural resources sector, including with non-profits, government, and academia.

She has spent 6 years formally teaching in an academic setting at the University of Florida, but has also spent many years before that organizing and running stakeholder workshops and meetings, teaching programming workshops and providing online data science mentoring.

Geraldine is fascinated with the science of change: time series analyses, stable states, tipping points, breakpoints, latent trends, etc.
